Reis Margos- Goa
A luxury Villa which lacked open spaces. The challenge was to increase its garden space as well create more open functional spaces. Set on a steep contour site, the villa had views of the main sea on the coast from the second floor. Taking advantage of this view from the topmost floor was my main priority. Creating open spaces which transitioned into the concrete structure built by the previous architect was the main design requisite.

Boutique D'or- Heritage Resort, Cansaulim Goa
Introducing the remarkable transformation of a shop in the basement of Heritage Resort, Cansaulim. With Tnikola Gomes' expert design intervention, this once cramped space has been reinvented into a captivating boutique experience. The redesigned shop now boasts ample display and seating areas outside, adorned with delightful pastel colors that create a welcoming ambiance. The addition of glass frontage allows passersby in the common corridor to catch a glimpse of the boutique, enticing them to explore its alluring offerings. Step into this enchanting space and indulge in a truly immersive shopping experience.
